This Business Agreement page outlines the general business terms for local companies participating in Lowcountry Society, Lowcountry Deals, Lowcountry Advisor, and related promotional properties. Specific service terms, pricing, package details, and signatures may also be governed by a separate advertising or placement agreement executed through our contracts workflow.
1. Eligibility
Businesses submitting content, promotions, listings, or advertising placements must have the authority to represent the business and agree to applicable package terms.
2. Placements And Visibility
Lowcountry Society may offer content placement, premium listing visibility, featured offers, print inclusion, and other promotional opportunities. Placement availability may be limited by category, timing, inventory, or package level.
3. Content Submission
Businesses agree to provide accurate contact information, logos, approved business descriptions, and promotional details where applicable. Lowcountry Society may make reasonable edits for clarity, formatting, and brand standards.
4. Payment And Activation
Paid services may require upfront payment or scheduled billing as described in the applicable signed agreement. Activation timing may depend on receipt of payment and required business materials.
5. Promotions And Offers
Businesses are responsible for honoring the offers, pricing, and promotional terms they approve. Lowcountry Society reserves the right to reject or remove offers that are misleading, expired, or inconsistent with platform quality.
6. No Guarantee Of Results
Lowcountry Society provides marketing exposure and visibility but does not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers, bookings, or revenue outcomes.
7. Intellectual Property And Brand Usage
Businesses grant Lowcountry Society permission to use approved logos, names, descriptions, and promotional materials for visibility, marketing, and related content presentation.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing participation according to the terms of the applicable signed agreement. No refunds are owed for services already delivered or completed billing periods unless otherwise stated in writing.
9. Additional Signed Agreements
For paid advertising, premium placements, print inclusion, or promotion packages, Lowcountry Society may require a separate signed master agreement that governs pricing, term length, deliverables, optional exclusivity, and other service details.
